2008 Cadillac CTS
Being a Cadillac fan for many years and watching Cadillac struggle to build a car that would compete with the Europeans, the Cimarron and Catera just to name a few.  Well, I think the gang at Cadillac finally hit a home run with the 2008 Cadillac CTS and so did a lot of the car enthusiast magazines.
I want to thank Marvin K. Brown Cadillac for loaning me my test Cadillac, it was just what I would have ordered, black with a custom honey chromed grille nice tire and wheel package and XM radio (I love the comedy station).
Sporting a V6 engine that produced 304 horsepower and around 258 pound feet of torque backed by a smooth shifting automatic that can be shifted manually if so desired.  One of the best side effects to this combination is fuel mileage in the mid twenties.
Your also talking about a car that will not clean out your bank account. You can start out in the low thirties and build from there, but the tester I had was in the low thirties.  I was pretty happy with the way it was equipped, heated seats, leather climate control, and a massive sunroof that gave both front and rear passengers a great view an shade if you don't want the sun light coming in.
Now the option list is pretty big and you can build one the way you would like. In fact I told a little white lie at the beginning of the review, my dream Cadillac is the CTS-V five hundred horsepower and a six-speed manual, gives me chills.
But back to my tester, Bose sound system, XM as I mentioned nice compact keyless key fob good size trunk.
How does it ride and handle?  Well it is all there whether you're on the flat or in the mountains, the Cadillac will handle what you dish out and do it in style.  You also get an information center that will keep you and your Cadillac in constant communication with the touch of a button.  The fit and finish of the CTS was top of the line, not to gaudy by any stretch of the imagination in fact you can tell by the CTS that Cadillac is looking for a younger driver and with this CTS and the CTS-V you don't need to look much farther.
Marvin K. Brown also has an award winning service department and if customization is you thing they have a department that is solely dedicated to turning your Cadillac into a one of a kind car with Cadillac factory trained technicians working on it and still keeping the car under a complete warranty blanket.
So,  if Cadillac has always been in your dreams,  then take a run down to
